Abstract
أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عن شخص أراد التزوج بإبنة خالته. وعلم أنه أرضع من خالته ولكن يوجد شك بعدد مرات الرضاعة. أجاب الشيخ أن في المذهب الشافعي، إذا وجد شك في هذا الأمر فلا يثبت التحريم ويصح للرجل التزوج من إبنة خالته.
Abstract Translated
This fatwa was issued in response to a question about a man who wanted to marry his cousin. He found out that he was breastfed by his aunt, but there was doubt in the number of times he was breastfed by her. The Sheikh replied that according to the Shafi’i school of Islamic law, if there is doubt, an 'unmarriageable kin' relationship is not developed, and the marriage between the man and his cousin is permissible.
