Abstract

اصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عن رجل وإمرأة تزوجا بدون علم بأنهم أرضعوا من نفس المرأة، ثم أثبت هذا الشئ. أجاب الشيخ أن لابد من التفريق بينهم لأنهم أخوة بالرضاعة.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued in response to a question about a man and woman who got married without knowing they were both breastfed by the same woman. This was then proved to be correct. The Sheikh replied that they should be separated given that they are siblings by breastfeeding.
