أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عما إذا كان طلاق الرجل المصاب بنوبة عصبية أثناء دهشته ينفذ أم لا. أجاب الشيخ بأن طلاق المدهوش الذي لا يعي ما يقول غير واقع.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued in response to a question asked about whether the divorce done by a man suffering from anxiety attacks during his astonishment, is valid or not. The Sheikh replied that the divorce of the astonished individual who was unaware of what he said should not be effective.
