عرض على اللجنة سؤال عن إمرأة متشبهة بالرجال ولديها جميع أعضاء وخصائص الأنثى، قامت بعملية جراحية لتحويلها من ذكر إلى أنثى. يتضمن السؤال حرمة هذه العملية، وموقف الشرع والقانون من المرأة ومن الطبيب الذي قام بالعملية الجراحية. أجابت اللجنة بحرمة هذا العمل وبمعاقبة كل من ساهم فيه.

A question was presented to the commission about a woman who considers herself a male, has all the organs and characteristics of females, and underwent sex change surgery from female to male. The question contains the permissibility of this operation, the position of sharia and law towards this woman and towards the physician who carried out the surgery. The commission replied with the forbiddance of this operation and the punishment of all who contributed to it.
