Abstract
عرض على اللجنة ثلاثة أسئلة عن حكم الشريعة الإسلامية بنقل الدم والأعضاء من مسلم لغير مسلم وبالعكس، وحكم تبرع أعضاء الإنسان الميت بغية الدراسة أو للزراعة. أجابت اللجنة بجواز نقل الدم والأعضاء من غير مسلم لمسلم وبالعكس، وبجواز نقل الأعضاء من الميت في حالة الضرورة بوصية أو غير وصية من الميت.
Abstract Translated
The commission was presented with three questions on the Islamic Sharia-based rulings on transferring blood and organs from Muslims to non-Muslims and vice versa, and the rulings concerning cadaver organ donation for research and transplantation purposes. The commission replied with the permissibility of transferring blood and organs from non-Muslims to Muslims and vice versa. It also replied with the permissibility of transferring organs from cadavers with or without the deceased persons will, in cases of medical necessity.
