Abstract Translated
This book consists of two sections. The first section deals with illegitimate conduct concerning the human living body, and it is divided into three chapters. The first chapter discusses criminal protection of the human body in sharia and positive law. The second chapter deals with illegitimate conduct concerning connected organs, and the criminal liability of illegitimate conduct concerning them. The second section deals with illegitimate conduct concerning cadaver organs, and the legal and sharia-based limits of dealing with the organs.
