يتكون هذا الكتاب من فصل تمهيدي عن المراد بالبدائل الحيوانية والصناعية في جسم الإنسان، مشروعية التداوي وحكم التداوي بالمحرمات. ثم ينقسم البحث إلى فصلين. الفصل الأول يتناول أحكام البدائل الحيوانية من الحيوان الطاهر وغير الطاهر، وحكم التداوى بأجزاء الحيوان الطاهر والغير طاهر، وحكم وصل الشعر بشعر الحيوانات. ثم يناقش أثر البدائل الحيوانية في الطهارة والعبادات وفي أبواب فقهية متفرقة مثل المعاملات والنكاح. الفصل الثاني يتناول موضوع البدائل الصناعية في جسم الإنسان وأثرها في العبادات والطهارة وفي المعاملات والنكاح، وأثرها في الجنايات والسرقة.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of a preliminary chapter on what is meant by animal and artificial substitutes in the human body, the permissibility of medical treatment and the rulings of treatment with religiously prohibited material. The book then divides into two chapters. The first chapter deals with the status of animal alternatives from pure and impure animals, the rulings of treatment with parts of pure and impure animals, and also the permissibility of using hair extensions made from animal hair. It then discusses the impact of animal substitutes in purity and religious rituals, and in various jurisprudential issues such as transactions and marriage. The second chapter deals with the subject of artificial substitutes in the human body, and its effect on religious rituals and purity, transactions and marriage, and on crime and theft.
