يتكون هذا الكتاب من أربعة فصول عن الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة باللعان. الفصل الأول يعرف اللعان لغة وإصطلاحا ثم يتناول مشروعية اللعان في القرآن والسنة، ثم يقوم الكاتب بوصف اللعان ومناقشة إذا كان اللعان يمينا أم شهادة. الفصل الثاني يعرف أركان وأطراف وشروط ومكانة الدعوى والدعوى الموجبة للعان. ثم يتناول أنواع وشروط دعوى التفريق للقذف بالزنا ودعوى نفي النسب. الفصل الثالث يناقش حكم وإجراءات رفع الدعوى من قبل الزوج والزوجة، بالإضافة إلى مناولة الدعوى الغيابية والأحكام المتعلقة بإمتناع الزوج أو الزوجة عن اللعان. الفصل الرابع يتناول موضوع التفريق باللعان، أثاره ومبطلاته والأحكام المتعلقة بها.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of four chapters on the Islamic legal provisions concerning li’an (mutual imprecation). The first chapter defines li’an linguistically and technically, and then deals with the legitimacy of li’an in the Koran and Sunna. The author then describes li’an and discusses whether it is an oath or testimony. The second chapter defines the pillars, parties, conditions and place of lawsuits and lawsuits leading to mutual imprecation. It then deals with lawsuits for separation for adultery accusations and lawsuits for denying paternity. The third chapter discusses the rules and procedures of filing a lawsuit by the husband or wife, in addition to dealing with lawsuits in absentia and the rules concerned with refusing mutual imprecation by the husband or wife. The fourth chapter deals with the subject of separation by mutual imprecation, its effects and invalidations of it, and the rules related to it.
