Abstract

يبدأ هذا المقال بشرح النوعين الرئيسين لاستنساخ الإنسان وهما الاستنساخ التقليدي والاستنساخ الجديد مشفوعا بحجج من يؤيد الاستنساخ البشري والحجج المناهضة من قبل من يعارض هذ الاستنساخ. يتبنى المؤلف وجهة النظر القائلة بأن حجج المؤيدين أقوى من حجج المعارضين وبالتالي ينبغي أن يكون الاستنساخ البشري –من حيث المبدأ- أمرا مباحا من منظور إسلامي.

Abstract Translated

This article starts with explaining the two main types of human cloning, namely reproductive cloning and artificial twinning espoused with the arguments of those who support human cloning and the counterarguments of those who oppose it. The author argues that the arguments of the proponents are stronger that those of the opponents and thus human cloning should, in principle, be permitted from an Islamic perspective.
