هذا الكتاب عبارة عن دراسة ميدانية للمشكلات التي يواجهها شباب الكويت في قسمين وستة فصول. القسم الأول يتناول الإطار النظري للدراسة. الفصل الأول من هذا القسم يحتوي على أهداف ومشكلات الدراسة والفصل الثاني يبحث في الدراسات السابقة في هذا الموضوع. القسم الثاني يتناول الإطار التطبيقي للدراسة. الفصل الثالث والرابع يحتويان على الخطة الإجرائية للدراسة، بالإضافة إلى عرض النتائج ومناقشتها. الفصل الخامس يعرض أهم ثلاثة أصناف في مشكلات الشباب وهي مشكلات الذات والمشكلات الإنفعالية والتعليمية. الفصل السادس يحتوي على إقتراحات إستراتيجية عن كيفية مواجهة مشكلات الشباب ووضع خطط مستقبلية للتعامل معها.

This book is a field study of the problems that Kuwaiti youth face in two sections and six chapters. The first section deals with the theoretical scope of the study. The first chapter in this section contains the goals and problems of this study, and the second searches into previous studies on this topic. The second chapter deals with the empirical scope of the study. The third and fourth chapters contain the procedural plan for the study, in addition to displaying discussing the results. The fifth chapter presents the three most important categories of youth problems and these are self-problems, and emotional and educational problems. The sixth chapter contains the strategic suggestions on the possibility of facing youth problems and placing future plans for dealing with them.
