يتكون هذا الكتاب من ثلاثة فصول تناقش التشريع الإسلامي. يتناول الفصل الأول الكليات التشريعية ومكانتها في القران والكتب السابقة، والكليات المشتركة بين الكتب المنزلة. ويناقش الفصل الثاني تصنيف وبيان كليات القران العقدية والمقاصدية والخلقية والتشريعية. و يبحث الفصل الثالث في الكليات التشريعية كقضايا أصولية فقهية.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of three chapters that discuss Islamic legislation. The first chapter deals with legislative principles and its place in the Qurān and previous holy books, and the common principles amongst all holy books. The second chapter discusses the categorization and statement of the doctrinal, purposeful, ethical and legislative principles in the Qurān. The third chapter examines into the legislative principles as fundamental jurisprudential issues.
