يحتوي هذا الكتاب على ثلاثة أقسام عن الأحكام الإسلامية المتعلقة بالأسرة. يتناول القسم الأول موضوع الخطبة والزواج، تعريفه وحكمه وأركان عقد الزواج، والكفاءة وأثار عقد الزواج، بالإضافة إلى حقوق الأزواج، والعدل بين الزوجات من منظور فقهي. أما القسم الثاني فيتناول الأحكام المتعلقة بالطلاق والخلع والتفريق بواسطة القضاء، بالإضافة إلى الأحكام المتعلقة بالعدة. ويناقش القسم الثالث حقوق الأولاد والأقارب والأحكام المتعلقة بإثبات النسب والرضاعة والنفقة.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of three sections on the Islamic rulings concerning the family. The first section deals with the subject of engagement, marriages, their definitions, rulings, the pillars of the marriage contract, competency and the effects of the marriage contract, in addition to the rights of married men and women and the equality between wives from a jurisprudential perspective. The second section deals with the rulings concerning divorce, women asking for divorce, separation though court, in addition to the rulings concerning 'iddah (the period a woman must wait before remarrying). The third section discusses the rights of children and relatives, and the rulings concerning establishing lineage, breastfeeding and alimony.
