يتناول هذا الكتاب مفهوم الحياة في الإسلام، ويتكون من بابين. يعرف الباب الأول لفظ الحياة، ومقوماته الذاتية في القرآن والحديث. ويناقش الباب الثاني الامتدادات الاصطلاحية لمفهوم الحياة في القرآن والحديث، كالحيوان، والمحيا، والحي، والإحياء، والحياء والاستحياء والتحية، بالإضافة لمناقشة المراحل الأربعة للحياة، ونتائج التصور الكفري والإيماني للحياة.

Abstract Translated

This book deals with the concept of life in Islam and it consists of two sections. The first section defines the term 'life', and its components in the Qurān and Hadith. The second section discusses the conceptual extensions to the concept of life in the Qurān and Hadith, such as animals, nature, the living, revival, shyness and modesty and salutation, in addition to discussing the four stages of life, and the implications of faith-based and non-faith based concept of life.
