يتكون هذا الكتاب من فصل تمهيدي عن الجنين ومراحل تطوره. يتكون أيضا من خمسة فصول. الفصل الأول يتناول الأحكام المتعلقة بالنطفة وإهتمام الإسلام بالجنين والزواج وأقوال الفقهاء في طهارة النطفة. يتناول الكتاب أيضا التلقيح الصناعي وحكمه في الإسلام. الفصل الثاني والثالث يناقشان أحكام العلقة والمضغة وأحكام إجهاض الحامل في هذه المراحل. الفصل الرابع يتناول مرحلة الخلق والتسوية ونفخ الروح وأرآء الفقهاء في إسقاط الجنين في هذه المرحلة والحقوق المالية للجنين. الفصل الخامس يتناول موضوع المولود المستهل والأحكام المتعلقة به
Abstract Translated
This book consists of a preliminary chapter about fetuses and the stages of their development. It also consists of five chapters. The first chapter deals with the rulings concerning semen and the position of Islam concerning the fetus, marriage, and the jurists’ opinions on the purity of semen. It also deals with artificial insemination and its rulings in Islam. The second and third chapters discuss the rulings for leeches and embryos and the permissibility of abortion in these stages. The fourth chapter deals with the stages of creation and settlement, breathing of the soul into the fetus, the jurists’ view of aborting the fetus at this stage, and the financial rights of the fetus. The fifth chapter deals with the subject of newborns and the rulings concerning them.
