Abstract Translated
This book deals with the topic of bioterrorism and the opinion of Islam, law, and international community concerning it. It consists of a preliminary chapter and four chapters. The first chapter defines bioterrorism, the definition of terrorism in law and sharia, and the risks and effects of bioterrorism. The second chapter discusses the ways of protection from bioterrorism and the role of cultural, social and religious institutions in limiting its impact. The third chapter discusses the methods of combatting the effects of bioterrorism, such as security and financial measures, in addition to holding conferences on an international level for combatting bioterrorism. The fourth chapter discusses the position of Islamic Sharia in relation to bioterrorism and all types of assault and weapons of mass destruction.
