يتكون الكتاب من فصل تمهيدي عن جسم الإنسان وأعضائه وحمايته في القانون. يتكون من بابين. في الباب الأول خمس فصول، يناقش فيهم مدى مشروعية التصرف في جسم الإنسان الحي والإتجاهات القائلة بمشروعية وعدم مشروعية التصرف في جسم الإنسان. يناقش أيضا موقف التشريعات الوضعية من عمليات التصرف في جسم الإنسان، بالإضافة إلى موقف الشرائع السماوية حول الموضوع. الباب الثاني يتكون من ثلاث فصول تتناول مدى مشروعية التصرف في جثة الإنسان. يناقش أيضا كيفية تحديد لحظة الموت ومشروعية المساس بالجثة لأغراض علاجية.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of a preliminary chapter on the human body, its organs and its legal protection. It contains two sections. In the first section there are five chapters which discuss the extent of the permissibility of using the living human body, and the views that call for the permissibility and impermissibility of using the human body. It also discusses the position of positive legislative bodies of dealing with the human body, in addition to the position of divine laws regarding this topic. The second section contains three chapters which discuss the extent of the permissibility of using the human cadavers. It also discusses the possibility of determining death and the legitimacy of using the corpse for therapy purposes.
