يتكون هذا الكتاب من فصل تمهيدي عن ماهية جراحة التجميل وموقف الفقهاء والقضاء العربي والأجنبي منها ويتكون من ثلاثة فصول. الفصل الأول يتناول المسؤولية المدنية لجراحي التجميل. الفصل الثاني يناقش أركان مسؤولية جراح التجميل وأثرها ومفهوم الضرر وأثره وخاصة موقف المشرع الأردني. الفصل الثالث يناقش مشروعية جراحة التجميل في القانون والفقه الإسلامي وموقف الإسلام من الجمال والتجمل، وجراحة التجميل الحاجية والتحسينية. تتطرق الباحثة بشكل خاص لزراعة الوجه وجراحات العظام، تجميل الأنف، شد البطن والوجه والرقبة، عمليات الشق الجراحي والندبة وتكبير الثديين والوشم وعمليات تصحيح وتغيير الجنس.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of a preliminary chapter on the essence of cosmetic surgery, and the position of jurists and Arab and foreign legislative bodies and three chapters. The first chapter deals with the civil liability of cosmetic surgeons. The second chapter discusses the pillars of responsibility of cosmetic surgeons and its effects and the concept of harm and its impact, with a particular focus on the position of Jordanian legislation. The third chapter discusses the permissibility of cosmetic surgery in law and Islamic jurisprudence, and the position of Islam towards beauty and beautification, and cosmetic surgery that is necessary and that is for beautification. The researcher addresses, in particular, facial transplantation and orthopaedic surgery, rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty, face and neck lifts, osteotomy and incisions, breast enlargement, tattoos, and sex change and correction surgeries.
