يتناول الكتاب موضوع نقل الأعضاء البشرية ورأي الفقهاء والفقه فيه، ويتكون من سبعة فصول. يناقش الفصل الأول مدى شرعية التبرع بالأعضاء البشرية وموقف الشريعة من هذا الموضوع وشروط نقل الأعضاء، بالإضافة إلى نقل الأعضاء بين ذي الديانات المختلفة. أما الفصل الثاني فيناقش مدى شرعية بيع الأعضاء البشرية. ويتناول الفصل الثالث موضوع الأعضاء البشرية المتفق في حكم نقلها والمختلف فيه. كما يناقش الفصل الرابع موضوع نقل الأعضاء من الأموات والتعامل مع الجثث. أما الفصل الخامس فيتناول عملية نقل الأعضاء في حالة الضرورة. ويناقش الفصل السادس نقل الأعضاء من المحكوم عليه بالإعدام. ويتناول الفصل السابع موضوع التلقيح الصناعي.
Abstract Translated
This book discusses the subject of organ transplantation and the opinions of jurists and jurisprudence regarding it. It contains seven chapters. The first chapter discusses the extent of the legitimacy of organ transplantation, and the position of sharia in relation to this subject, and the conditions for organ transplantation, in addition to organ transplantation between those of different religions. The second chapter discusses the extent of the legitimacy of selling organs. The third chapter discusses the subject of the organs, which jurists agreed and disagreed upon their transplantation. The fourth chapter discusses the subject of transplanting organs from the dead and dealing with corpses. As for the fifth chapter, it discusses the operation of organ transplantation in cases of emergency. The sixth chapter discusses transplanting organs from those who are facing the death penalty. The seventh chapter discusses in vitro fertilization.
