يتكون الكتاب من ثلاث فصول رئيسية تتناول مسؤولية الطبيب وواجباته في مجال الطب. يتناول الفصل الأول أحكام المسؤولية والأخطاء الطبية وآراء الفقهاء والقانونين في مسؤولية الطبيب. الفصل الثاني يتناول واجبات الطبيب في مجالات الطب المختلفة، بالإضافة إلى حفظ السر في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون والتزام الطبيب بتبصير المريض. أما الفصل الثالث فيتناول مسؤولية الطبيب في نقل الأعضاء كنموذج على المسؤولية الطبية والحصول على رضا المتبرع في الفقه والقانون.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of three main chapters that discuss the physician's liability and obligations in the field of medicine. The first chapter discusses the provisions of liability, medical errors and the opinions of jurists and legal experts concerning the physician's liability. The second chapter discusses the duties of the physician in the various fields of medicine, in addition to confidentiality in Islamic jurisprudence and law, and the commitment of the physician in obtaining informed consent of the patient. As for the third chapter, it discusses the physician's responsibility in organ transplantation as an example of medical liability and getting the consent of the donor in jurisprudence and law.
