يتناول الكتاب مفهوم موت جذع المخ من وجهة النظر الإسلامية ويتكون من أربعة مباحث رئيسية: تعريف الموت عند الفقهاء والأطباء؛ موقف الفقهاء والأطباء من موت جذع المخ؛ حكم نزع أجهزة الإنعاش عن المتوفى دماغيا؛ حكم نقل الأعضاء من مريض جذع المخ والآثار المترتبة عليه.

Abstract Translated

The book discusses the concept of brain stem death from an Islamic perspective. It consists of four main chapters: juristic and medical definition of death; the attitude of jurists and physicians towards brain stem death; removing life support in case of brain death; transfer of organs in case of brain stem death and relevant implications.
