يتناول الكتاب المسئولية التأديبية للأطباء في الفقه المقارن مع التركيز على التشريعات في العالم العربي ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي، حول التعريف بنقابات المهن الحرة، بالإضافة إلى أربعة أبواب رئيسية: الواجبات المفروضة على الأطباء؛ الأخطاء والعقوبات التأديبية للأطباء؛ إجراءات تأديب الأطباء؛ طرق الطعن في قرارات هيئات التأديب النقابية.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses the disciplinary liability of physicians in comparative law with a special focus on legislation in the Arab world. It consists of a preliminary chapter, on the definition of professional syndicates, and four main chapters: physicians' responsibilities; disciplinary sanctions against physicians; physicians' disciplinary procedures; and methods of appeal against decisions issued by syndicates' disciplinary commissions.
