Abstract Translated
The book discusses medical errors from the legal and forensic perspectives with a special focus on the Egyptian law. It consists of seven main chapters: manners and ethics of the medical profession; medical reports; patient's informed consent; medical liability claims and their pillars; role of forensic medicine in medical liability suits; and the impact of medical errors on physicians and patients.
