Abstract
يتناول البحث موقف الاسلام من الأمراض الوراثية من خلال مناقشة التشريعات والأحكام الفقهية للحد من الامراض الوراثية ويقسم البحث هذه الاحكام بالنظر إلى مقاصدها إلى أحكام وقائية قبل الزواج وبعده وأخرى علاجية قبل الحمل وبعده بالإضافة إلى مناقشة امكانية إجهاض الجنين بسبب الأمراض الوراثية.
Abstract Translated
The chapter discusses sharia-based rules pertaining to hereditary diseases. It distinguishes these rules into preventive regulations both before and after marriage; and therapeutic rules both before and after pregnancy. It also discusses the possibility of abortion due to genetic disorders.
