يتناول الكتاب جريمة اغتصاب الإناث والآثار المترتبة عليها في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الوضعي مع التركيز على القانون المصري ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي حول ماهية الاغتصاب بالإضافة إلى بابين رئيسيين: مدى شرعية اعادة غشاء البكارة أو الرتق العذري؛ ومدى شرعية اجهاض المغتصبة الحامل.

The book discusses the crime of rape and its implications under Islamic jurisprudence and positive law with a special focus on the Egyptian law. it consists of a preliminary chapter about the definition of rape and two main chapters: permissibility of performing hymen reconstruction surgery; and permissibility of aborting a fetus conceived through rape.
