The book discusses human organ trafficking between law and reality with a special focus on the Egyptian law. It consists of four main chapters: the meaning of human organ trafficking; legal organization concerning transfer and transplantation of human organs; legal and philosophical foundation for human organ trafficking; and crimes related to human organ trafficking in the Egyptian and comparative law.
