يتناول الكتاب موضوع الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالممارسات الطبية الخاصة بالنساء ويتكون من ثلاثة فصول رئيسية: أحكام الفحص الطبي ويركز على ضوابط التعامل بين الجنسين خلال عملية الفحص الطبي؛ أحكام المعالجة الطبية ويركز على موضوع العقم وأسبابه بالإضافة إلى حكم منع الحمل الدائم والمؤقت؛ و أحكام الجراحة الطبية ويركز على عملية الولادة والختان وجراحة التجميل وتغيير الجنس وكذلك رتق غشاء البكارة.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses various jurisprudential rules pertianing to women's health. it consists of three main chapters: rules pertaining to intergender relations within the context of medical examination; rules pertaining to assisted reproduction, which covers inferility as well as permanent and temporaray contraception; and rules pertaining to medical surgery, which covers delivery, circumcision, sex change, and hymen reconstruction.
