يتناول البحث الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بالاستنساخ ويتكون من أربعة مباحث رئيسية: الاستنساخ الخلوي البشري في ميزان الشرع؛ الاستنساخ الجيني البشري في ميزان الشرع؛ الاستنساخ الجيني الحيواني في ميزان الشرع؛ والمقارنة بين الاستنساخ الخلوي البشري والاستنساخ الجيني البشري والحيواني.
Abstract Translated
The article discusses the sharia-based rulings pertaining to the different types of cloning. It consists of four main sections: human cellular cloning in the sight of sharia; human genetic cloning in the view of sharia; animal genetic cloning in the balance of sharia; and comparison between human cellular cloning on the one hand and both human and animal genetic cloning on the other.
