يتناول البحث التنظيم الشرعي والقانوني للتداوي بالمواد المحرمة والمجرمة في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الوضعي مع التركيز على القانون المصري ويتكون من ثلاثة مباحث رئيسية: تحديد مفهوم التداوي بالمحرم والمجرم في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الوضعي؛ التنظيم القانوني للتداوي بالأشياء المحرمة أو المجرمة؛ والتنظيم الشرعي للتداوي بما حرمه الشارع الحكيم أو جرمه الفقه أو القانون.

The article discusses the legal and sharia-based regulation of treatment with banned and prohibited materials according to Islamic jurisprudence and positive civil law with a special focus on the Egyptian legal context. It consists of three main sections: the concept of treatment with banned and prohibited materials in Islamic jurisprudence and positive law; legal regulation of treatment with banned and prohibited materials; and sharia-based regulation of treatment with banned and prohibited materials in jurisprudence and positive law.
