يتناول البحث موضوع إجهاض الجنين الناتج عن الاغتصاب وفقا لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية ويتكون من ستة مباحث رئيسية تحت العناوين التالية: فقه عنوان البحث؛ أهمية الموضوع؛ تحرير محل النزاع؛ موضوع بحث القضية في الفقه الإسلامي؛ عرض القضية في فقه الجنايات؛ و عرض القضية في فقه الصيال.
Abstract Translated
The article discusses the abortion of the fetus that results from rape and consists of six sections under these subtitles: terminology in the title of the paper; importance of the issue; clarifying points of disagreement; the issue in Islamic jurisprudence; exploration of the issue in criminal jurisprudence; and exploration of the issue in the jurisprudence of aggression.
