يتناول البحث المصالح والمفاسد المترتبة على إجراء عملية الرتق العذري وإلى أي مدى تنطوي هذه العملية على الخداع. يقارن البحث بين مزايا وعيوب العملية من وجهة نظر الشريعة ومقاصدها ويخلص إلى أن التقييم النهائي يختلف من حالة إلى اخرى بالنظر إلى عدة عوامل.

The article explores both the benefits and harms of the hymen reconstruction procedure and the extent to which it involves deception. It weighs both the advantages and disadvantages from a sharia perspective and argues that the final evaluation would differ from one case to another depending on several factors.
