Abstract
يتناول البحث حكم إجهاض الجنين المشوه في الشريعة الإسلامية ويتكون من ثلاثة أجزاء: الجنين وأحكامه في الشريعة الإسلامية؛ حكم الإجهاض؛ حكم إجهاض الجنين المشوه. يخلص البحث إلى أن حكم اسقاط الجنين المشوه يختلف بحسب عدة اعتبارات مثل نوع التشوه ووقت الإسقاط خلال فترة الحمل.
Abstract Translated
The article addresses the ruling on aborting deformed fetuses according to the rules of Islamic jurisprudence. It is divided into three main sections: the reality of the fetus and its phases of development in Islamic jurisprudence; the ruling pertaining to abortion; and the ruling pertaining to aborting deformed fetuses. It concludes that the ruling on aborting deformed fetuses varies depending on several considerations such as the nature of deformity and the time of abortion during the term of pregnancy.
