يتناول الكتاب موضوع حقوق المريض في عقد العلاج الطبي في القانون المدني مع التركيز على القانون العراقي بالمقارنة مع القانونين الفرنسي والمصري ويتكون من قسمين أساسيين. القسم الأول بعنوان التعريف بحقوق المريض في عقد العلاج الطبي ويتكون من فصلين: حقوق المريض بوجه عام؛ والتعريف بعقد العلاج الطبي والطبيعة القانونية لحقوق المريض فيه. القسم الثاني بعنوان حقوق المريض في مراحل العقد المختلفة ويتكون من ثلاثة فصول: حقوق المريض في مرحلة ما قبل إبرام العقد وعند إبرامه؛ حقوق المريض في مرحلة تنفيذ العقد؛ وحقوق المريض عند انتهاء العقد وفي مرحلة ما بعد انتهاءه.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses the issue of patients’ rights in civil law with a particular focus on the Iraqi legal context and in comparison with other legal systems especially in Egypt and France. It consists of two main parts. The first part is entitled patients’ rights in the medical treatment contract and it consists of two chapters: patients’ rights in general; and definition of the medical treatment contract and the legal nature of patients’ rights therein. The second part is entitled patients’ rights in the different stages of the medical contract and it consists of three chapters: patients’ rights before and during the conclusion of the contract; patients’ rights during the execution of the contract; and patients’ rights at the end of the contract and after its execution.
