يتناول الكتاب موضوع المركز القانوني للمعاقين من وجهة النظر الشرعية وكذلك في التشريع الوضعي مع التركيز على القانون المصري ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي حول التعريف بالإعاقة بالإضافة إلى ثلاثة فصول رئيسية تحت العناوين التالية:المعالجة الدستورية لحقوق المعوق؛ المعالجة التشريعية لحقوق المعاقين؛ و بعض أحكام المعوقين في الشريعة والفقه.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses the legal status of disabled individuals in Islamic jurisprudence and also in positive legislation with a particular focus on the Egyptian law. It consists of a preliminary chapter on the definition of disability and three main chapters: constitutional treatment of the rights of disabled persons; legislative treatment of the rights of the disabled persons; and rulings pertaining to people with disability in Islamic jurisprudence.
