Abstract Translated
The book discusses the criminal protection for the transfer and transplantation of human organs in Islamic law and also in comparative law with particular focus on legislaton in the United Arab Emirates. It consists of three main chapters: rulings pertaining to the transfer of human organs in sharia and law; the crime of human organs transfer and its pillars; and the role of the United Arab Emirates in combating the crime of organ trafficking.
