يتناول هذا الكتاب موضوع المسئولية الجنائية للصيدلي مع التركيز على القانون المصري ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي حول المسئولية الجنائية للصيدلي بالإضافة إلى خمسة فصول تحت العناوين التالية: المسئولية الجنائية للصيدلي عن الجرائم الواردة في قانون مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة؛ المسئولية الجنائية للصيدلي عن الجرائم الواردة في قانون العقوبات؛ المسئولية الجنائية للصيدلي عن الجرائم الواردة في قانون مكافحة المخدرات؛ المسئولية الجنائية للصيدلي عن الجرائم الواردة في قانون قمع التدليس والغش؛ والمسئولية الجنائية للصيدلي عن الخطأ الصيدلي.
Abstract Translated
The book consists of an introductory chapter on the criminal liability of pharmacists with a particular focus on the Egyptian legal system. It consists of five main chapters: the criminal liability of pharmacists for the crimes listed under: pharmacy practice law; the criminal liability of pharmacists under the penal code; the criminal liability of pharmacists under the drug-fighting law; the criminal liability of pharmacists under the anti-deceit and fraud law; and the criminal liability of pharmacists for pharmaceutical errors.
