This book deals with the issue of sex preselection from the Islamic law perspective. It consists of a preliminary chapter on the definition of the fetus and the meaning of sex preselection in addition to four main chapters: the medical attitude regarding sex preselection; methods of sex preselection; jurisprudential attitude regarding sex preselection; and methods of prenatal sex determination.
