Abstract

Through its old history, medicine has needed achievement some researches on animal and humans. Allopathy is dependent on achieving researches to progress as the only wide medical method during the 6th century. Although, human access to new tools and technologies during the 20th century facilitated and widened the trend of achieving researchers. Some researcher's curiosity made them to achieve the researches with the mottos أresearches for research and أsatisfying human curiosityؤ. Such researchers were harmful not only for human but also for the subjects. History has recorded some of the namely research projects. Hence, the ethics is medical researches has been posed seriously. In addition, ethical principles and standards in such researches have been sent throughout the world according to allopathy. But it should be noted that ethics is deduced from culture and sub-cultures in every community. Certainly, the role of religion in ethics should be very seriously taken in religious communities. Unfortunately, some people do not believe this and think ethics as a subject completely able to do without religious teachings. Some people, who believe this, are also worried about presenting religious teachings and their negative universal reactions. The present writing offers a suggested project, redefines international law and its principles, and completes them as religious law and principles.
