Abstract Translated
The book discusses the liability of the private hospital for the errors of physicians and their assistants in light of Egyptian and French laws and court decisions. It consists of a preliminary chapter on the development of the medical profession and two main parts. The first part addresses the legal nature of the medical relationships and it consists of four chapters: the relationship between the physician and the private hospital; the relationship between the surgeon and other members of the medical team; the relationship between the patient, the private hospital, and the treating physician; and the relationship between the private hospital and the medical team. The second part addresses the legal foundation for the liability of the private hospital for the errors of physicians and their assistants and it consists of two chapters: elements of the medical liability; and the basis of the liability of the private hospital for the errors of the physician and his assistants.
