Abstract Translated
The books focuses on the issue of surrogate mothers from the Islamic legal point of view. It consists of six chapters: definition of a surrogate mother contract; conclusion of a surrogate mother contract; implications of such a contract; expiration of the contract; legality of the contract; and the lineage of the child born as a result of a surrogacy arrangement.
