يتناول الكتاب موضوع المسئولية الجنائية للهندسة الوراثية في الجنس البشري مع التركيز على القانونين الفرنسي والمصري ويتكون من باب تمهيدي حول موقف المشرع الجنائي من التطور البيوتكنولوجي بالإضافة إلى قسمين أساسيين. يركز القسم الأول على الحماية الجنائية للجنس البشري ويتكون من بابين: السياسة الجنائية في مواجهة التطور الطبي البيولوجي في التشريع الفرنسي؛ والمسئولية الجنائية الناشئة عن استخدام الجين البشري. القسم الثاني بعنوان الجينات الوراثية في الجنس البشري ودورها في الإثبات الجنائي ويتكون فصلين: دور الجينات الوراثية في مرحلة التحقيق الجنائي؛ والإطار القانوني للدليل المستمد من البصمة الجينية.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses the criminal liability for human genetic engineering according to positive legislation with a particular focus on the French and Egyptian laws. It consists of a preliminary chapter, on the attitude of lawmakers towards biomedical advances, and two main parts. The first part focuses on the criminal protection of the human species and it consists of two chapters: criminal policy in the face of biomedical developments in French legislation; and the criminal liability emanating from the use of the human gene. The second part focuses on the role of human genes in criminal verification and it consists of two chapters: human genes in criminal investigations; and the legal framework of DNA-based evidence.
