يتكون الكتاب من عدة أبواب حول الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بدور الطبيب ومسئولياته تحت العناوين التالية: أحكام الجناية على النفس وما دونها وأحكام الجراحة الطبية؛ مسئولية الطبيب الجنائية في الشريعة الإسلامية؛ صور من الجناية العمد للطبيب على النفس وما دونها؛ و الجناية العمد باستئصال الأعضاء البشرية بالجراحة الطبية والآثار المترتبة عليها.
Abstract Translated
This book contains several chapters that deal with sharia-based rulings pertaining to the extent of the physician's role and responsibility. Chapter titles are: rulings on felony murder and lesser offenses including rulings on medical surgery; physician's criminal responsibility in Islamic law; examples of physician's premeditated felony and lesser offenses; premeditated felony of removing human organs by medical surgery and its consequences.
