Abstract Translated
This book discusses the issue of medical liability in the Egyptian legal system. It consists of a preliminary chapter on medical liability and three main chapters on the criminal liability of physicians for: the crimes listed in the Medical Practice Law; the crimes listed in the Penal Code; and for medical errors.
