This book covers a number of bioethical issues from an Islamic jurisprudential point of view. It consists of seven chapters: medication in Islam; between jurisprudence and medicine on various issues; gene therapy from an Islamic perspective; the attitude of sharia on selective abortion; cloning from the scientific and jurisprudential perspectives; hereditary diseases from an Islamic perspective; and protection of the environment according to Islamic sharia.
