يتناول هذا الكتاب موضوع زراعة الأعضاء من وجهة النظر الإسلامية ويتألف من قسمين. يضم القسم الأول ثلاثة فصول: الموت (تعريفه وعلاماته وتشخيصه)؛ تاريخ غرس الأعضاء؛ وتعريف وتصنيف غرس الأعضاء. ويضم القسم الثاني ثمانية فصول: حكم التداوي وحفظ النفس؛ قواعد فقهية ذات صلة بموضوع زرع الأعضاء وطهارة الإنسان والأعضاء؛ الغرس الذاتي وإعادة الغرس؛ نقل الدم وحكمه؛ نقل الأعضاء من إنسان حي إلى آخر؛ نقل الأعضاء من إنسان ميت إلى إنسان حي؛ تجارة وبيع الأعضاء البشرية؛ و آفاق جديدة في زرع الأعضاء. كما يتضمن الكتاب ملاحق تضم أهم القرارات والبيانات والفتاوى المتعلقة بقضية زرع الأعضاء.
Abstract Translated
This book covers the subject of organ transplantation from the Islamic perspective. It consists of two main parts. The first part includes three chapters on the definition of death; history of organ transplantation; and definition and classification of organ transplantation. The second part consists of eight chapters on ruling regarding medication and preserving life; legal maxims concerning organ transplantation and purity of the human and the organs; planting and replanting organs; blood transfusion and its ruling; organ transplantation from a living person to another living person; organ transplantation from a dead person to a living person; trafficking and sale of human organs; new horizons in organ transplantation. The book also contains appendices of important decisions, statements, and fatwas regarding the issue of organ transplantation.
