يتناول الكتاب الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بحكم التداوي بالمحرمات ويتكون من مقدمة حول حقيقة الأدوية وأنواعها ومذاهب الفقهاء في حكم التداوي من الأمراض بالإضافة إلى ستة مباحث رئيسية: حكم التداوي بالمسكرات؛ حكم التداوي بالمخدرات؛ حكم التداوي بالذهب والفضة والحرير؛ حكم التداوي بالنجاسات غير الخمر؛ حكم التداوي بنقل دم الآدمي وأعضاءه إلى آدمي آخر؛ حكم التداوي بالسموم والغناء والمعازف.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses the sharia-based rulings on medication by religiously prohibited materials. It consists of an introduction, on the reality and types of medications as well as the juristic views on the ruling pertaining to seeking medication, in addition to six main chapters: medication by intoxicants; medication by narcotics; medication by gold, silver, and silk; medication by impure materials other than alcohol; medication by transfer of human blood and other organs; and medication by poisons, singing, and musical instruments.
