يتكون الكتاب من مقدمة تمهيدية بالإضافة إلى بابين رئيسيين تحت هذين العنوانين: القواعد الشرعية للطب والجراحة؛ و حكم الشرع في بعض الأعمال المستحدثة للطب: استقطاع الأعضاء البشرية بغرض الزرع و الحدود الشرعية للإنعاش الصناعي.

Abstract Translated

The study consists of a general introduction to the subject and two main chapters. The first chapter elucidates the general sharia-based rules concerning medicine and surgery. The second chapter illustrates these rules with reference to two important issues: organ transplantation and artificial resuscitation.
