Abstract

يعد هذا العمل، والمعروف أحيانا باسم وثيقة الكويت، نواة الميثاق الإسلامي للأخلاقيات الطبية. وقد تمت صياغته وتبنيه أثناء فعاليات المؤتمر العالمي الأول عن الطب الإسلامي المنعقد في الكويت خلال الفترة من 12-16 يناير1981. ويتكون الميثاق من اثني عشر بابا تحمل العناوين التالية: في التعريف بالمهنة الطبية، صفة الطبيب، علاقة الطبيب بالطبيب، صلة الطبيب بالمريض، المحافظة على سر المهنة، واجب الطبيب في الحرب، في حرمة الحياة الإنسانية، في مسئولية الطبيب، الطبيب والمجتمع، الطبيب إزاء البحث العلمي ومعطياته الحديثة، في التعليم الطبي، في قسم الطبيب.

Abstract Translated

This publication, usually known as the Document of Kuwait (wathīqat al-Kuwayt) is the Islamic code of medical ethics drafted and adopted in the first International conference on 'Islamic Medicine' held by the International Organization for Islamic Medicine in Kuwait during the period 12-16 January 1981. The code consists of twelve chapters: definition of the medical profession, characteristics of the physician, physician physician relationship, physician patient relationship, confidentiality, the ethics of the physician during wars, the sanctity of human life, the accountability of the physician, the physician and society, the physician and modern medical research, medical education and finally the oath of the physician.
